Teams is the Seix ecosystem compensation plan, applied to healthcare: clinics, distributors and sellers earn commissions on real sales of MiCardio plans and the MicardioPets (MCSP) smart collar, through two clear paths.
For those already close to the patient β or the pet β who want their recommendation and their sales work to pay off too.
Your institution includes MiCardio for its patients, or MicardioPets for its clients at the veterinary clinic, and takes part in the plan for every plan that is activated and collected.
You represent the line in your area: demonstrations, setup and support for clinics, senior homes and ambulance services.
You share your link or code and build your network of clients and partners, backed by T1 and the ecosystem team.
You recommend with your link or code and earn on every plan sold: MiCardio plans β Home, Clinic and Ambulance β and every MicardioPets collar with its active plan counts toward your network the same way. Plan reference values are approximate and expressed by token: Home Plan β USD Β· Ambulance Plan β RLUSD Β· Clinic Plan β XRP. Your organization grows in the 6Γ3 forced matrix, with spillover into your team.

The 6 ranks: NewJuniorSeniorMasterPlusVIP β earned with real collected sales, never by recruiting without a sale.
Plus the monthly team residual on your organization's collected sales: 5% generation 1 Β· 3% generation 2 Β· 2% generation 3 Β· 1% generation 4 (Diamond only). Renewals pay the same rate as the first sale while your membership stays active, and the network's total payout never exceeds 45% of collected revenue.

We say it plainly. This is the ecosystem's proposed compensation plan, in final approval: its rates are confirmed when your participation is activated. Commissions are calculated only on real collected sales; if a sale is refunded or charged back within 30 days, its commission is reversed. Membership is access to services, products and tools of the ecosystem: it is not an investment, it does not promise returns, and no income is guaranteed. The examples on this page are illustrative arithmetic of the rates, nothing more.
