Home monitoring for a loved one: wristband, app and family alerts whenever something important changes.
Includes: wearable wristband, tracking app, smart history and real-time alerts.
SeixMicardio
SeixMicardio is the continuous patient monitoring platform: a biomedical wristband, a wall monitor and its own platform with real data. It works without an internet connection, in English, and it is already up and running.
The wristband and the wall monitor watch over the patient’s vital signs in real time — even without internet.
Clinical dashboard, a monitor with live charts and a 3D view of the patient in their own settings, all with real data.
Your biomedical assistant that answers questions about your health.
The whole project in a single document: the V2 wristband, the wall monitor, the technical blueprints, the settings, the budget and the roadmap — plus MicardioSoft (MCS), audited module by module and powered by each institution’s own data.

It gives us the opportunity and the means to have early alternatives to prevent serious harm and take the right measures in time, so we can live a better, healthier life, following the guidance of experts.
Continuous watch that warns hours ahead, while there is still time to act: early alternatives to prevent serious harm and make the right call.
Clinical-grade monitoring within reach of the small clinic, the nursing home, the ambulance and the home — not just the big hospitals.
For the medical industry and its institutions: a solution that makes the work easier, smarter and more versatile.
MiCardio helps us live a better life — and manage it in time.
Continuous health monitoring, with alerts for the people you love most. In manufacturing and testing · Denomination: RLUSD.
Home monitoring for a loved one: wristband, app and family alerts whenever something important changes.
Includes: wearable wristband, tracking app, smart history and real-time alerts.
Monitoring for clinics and health centers: several patients at once, with wall monitors and a central dashboard.
Includes: central BLE wall monitors, multi-patient dashboard, threshold alerts and clinical records.
Monitoring in transit: continuous recording of the patient during the trip, with en-route alerts for the team. MiCardio provides the monitoring solution; the transfer itself is performed by the network's ambulance entity.
Includes: transfer wristband, continuous recording that does not depend on internet, and alerts to the receiving team.
MiCardio supports the medical team throughout the patient’s treatment — in the hospital room and at home — with real-time reminders, automatic staff verification and suggestions based on international protocols.
Every medication or care task carries its dose, its route and its time. When it is administered, the “five rights” checklist and the step-by-step technique guide the staff and prevent harm from malpractice.
The doctor’s or nurse’s badge connects to the wall monitor as they enter the room: the system checks that this is the person authorized for that treatment and unlocks it automatically — even across shift changes. Their entry is recorded as a virtual footprint.
On-duty staff see live what is due and what is about to be due, in the room and at home. Nothing is overlooked: every administration is recorded with who performed it, when, and which steps were verified.
In an emergency — code blue, possible sepsis, low oxygen — MiCardio suggests what international protocols indicate, as the most experienced specialist would. Smart support: the authorized professional decides and confirms.
Behind every wristband works MCS: the software that gives every clinic, hospital, outpatient center and medical center a complete, modular operation — and every professional exactly the view they need.
Clinic, Administration, HR, CRM and ERP in a single platform. Each institution’s administrator grants access module by module: security sees only credentials and entries; the medical team, their patients; administration, the history, treatments and insurance. Everyone sees what is theirs — nothing more.
The ambulance calls ahead before arriving: who is bringing the patient, their condition and the estimated time, so the center can get ready. Every transfer follows its complete route, step by step without skipping any stage, and is recorded in the institution’s history. If the patient is already registered, their record is ready; if it is their first time, their secure identity is created protected from the very first minute. And the model is clear: the network entity performs the transfer — MiCardio does not operate ambulances; it provides the solution that unifies and coordinates the whole network (pharmacies, laboratories, clinics, hospitals, ambulances, health centers and nursing homes) on a single platform.
The wristband carries a code, not data. The minimum emergency profile — blood type, allergies, conditions, address and contact — travels protected and opens only for an authorized user. If the code is replaced, the previous one stops working, and every access is logged. That way, care is faster in an emergency, without exposing the person’s data.
Services, invoices, overdue invoices that flag themselves by date, accounts receivable and equipment inventory per site, linked to each patient’s health insurance. Every invoice stays in a protected, verifiable record. The institution’s complete administration, without leaving MCS.
MCS integrates with clinics, outpatient centers, medical centers, private companies and governments worldwide using international standards (FHIR and HL7). Data is shared only with an agreement, consent and a secure connection.
Other software companies connect as Partners in a protected way, with controlled access and every activity logged and verifiable. No one can grant themselves permissions that are not theirs: not even a clinic’s administrator can create global administrators. That way the network grows without losing security or control, and the platform and its intellectual property stay protected.
MiCardio's monitoring center watches over the network 24/7: remote operators supported by artificial intelligence that filters by exception — escalating only what requires attention — so that no important alert gets lost in the noise.
No waiting for reports: the Clinic view shows live activity — transfers, invoices, CRM, captures, users and the protected, verifiable record of every action, unified and refreshing on its own — and Administration draws real-time distributions: transfers by status, accounts by stage, network by progress and inventory to replenish. Everything comes from the data the institution already generates every day. And every MCS module is delivered in full: complete scope, profiles and permissions, auditing and end-to-end testing — the public details are in the «MCS in full» annex of the presentation.
U.S. hospital systems — patches and platforms such as BioButton (BioIntelliSense, distributed by Medtronic), Current Health or Sotera — run on hardware plus an ongoing per-patient subscription and are priced for large hospitals. SeixMicardio delivers the essentials of that monitoring at a fraction of the cost, and where they do not reach: the home, the small clinic, the nursing home and the ambulance.
One package per site, with no per-patient subscription eating up the budget of a small clinic or a family.
The same wristband and the same dashboard work at home, in the clinic and during an ambulance transfer.
A local Bluetooth network between the wristband and the wall monitor: monitoring does not go down even if the network does.
